Melissa joined us in September of 2021. She is a Registered Veterinary Technologist, cat lover, and our local reptile enthusiast. She is known for her Disney cat tattoos and dedication to providing a positive pet experience.

When Melissa isn't practicing as a tech, she is dedicated to being Urnie and Burnt's personal photographer and social media manager. (Follow along with the fun on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/urnie.and.burnt/ ) She is also Urnie's stylist, Burnt's chef, and a toy provider to all.

At home, Melissa has 6 cats, 2 snakes, an assortment of fish, and a bearded dragon. Ask her about her cats, Isabella, Lucifur, and Maliboo, but be warned, if you ask her about her cats and she will gladly show you a photo... or 100.
